Tender description

NHS Highland requires an Out of Hours general medical service for community hospital inpatients and emergency medical care out of hours to patients. The practice will provide an Accident and Emergency service to all patients presenting at the A&E department at the Islay Community Hospital. This is a Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice to indicate that NHS Highland intend to Direct Award a Contract for the provision of an Integrated General Medical Services and Community Hospital Inpatient and Accident and Emergency Service to the Islay Medical Practice with an anticipated start date of April 1st 2021. The contract is expected to be in place for 3 years.
