Radius Homes Limited (Radius) is seeking to select an architect led, multi-disciplinary design team to lead the redevelopment of lands at Ross Street, Belfast to provide circa 20-29 social housing units. Exact number of units and mix to be determined by this Design Competition and statutory approvals. This design contest therefore seeks a redevelopment that will provide high quality housing for families and individuals which will fully integrate with the surrounding area. The proposal should create an innovative, high quality housing offer that reflects the unique characteristics of the surrounding area, while also challenging the perception of social housing design.
