Tender description

Dumfries and Galloway Council Waste Service a looking to engage an independent specialist waste advisor to help inform the development of a strategy for the future management (treatment and disposal) of waste collected by the authority. The service would look to engage an individual (or company) on the basis of providing specialist advice to develop the strategy. The engagement would be on the basis of an average of 20 hours per week for a period of 12 months, with no less than 40 hours in any calendar month.
