Tender description

Due to Covid response the B&B's utilised to house homeless people by Supported Housing & Homelessness service are now full. The service requires the expansion of B&B provision to allow accommodation for homeless individuals and asylum seekers who have been given leave to remain. They are people who require temporary accommodation whilst more permanent housing solutions are found. We need to book rooms on a week by week basis to respond to the increased demand on the service.
