Tender description
Hartlepool Borough Council, requires a new dry recycling contract with a suitable organisation for the sorting, processing and sale to end markets of its dry recycling material resources. This contract must continue to support our existing fully co-mingled at the point of kerbside collection strategy. It is acknowledged that both legislative and potentially mutually beneficial economic and environmental opportunities might evolve during the duration of the contract period and the Contractor will also be expected to reasonably support HBC in exploring these should they arise
