In a continuation to the DICE National Awards Programme in Egypt, we are proudly launching both the incubator and accelerator versions of the awards. We see this as an essential initiative given the implications of Covid 19 on the SME sector in general and for creative / social entrepreneurs specifically.The purpose and scope of this RFP and supporting documents is to explain in further detail the requirements of the British Council and the procurement process for submitting a tender proposal to design and deliver one or both of the Incubator and Accelerator initiatives.
