Tender description

NCBI’s vision is for people who are blind and vision-impaired to have the same opportunities, rights, and choices as others to fully participate in society. To support the further enhancement of our technology NCBI is issuing this RFP to relevant development and technology companies to develop a new Smart Hub which will deliver content and provide access to NCBI services to our Service Users (SUs). This Smart Hub will utilise Amazon Alexa Skills and Google Assistant Actions to access NCBI services, content and facilitate VoIP communications between service users and NCBI.
