Tender description

CDPSoft ‘Sharp’ is a web based product that fully manages clients, cases, contracts, all types of assessments, providers/services and vacancies/waiting lists. It features a configurable matching engine, fully configurable electronic forms module, management reporting and role-based workflow. It allows staff to record details of vulnerable clients, their address, pass on referrals to other staff, record client’s circumstances and needs, record visits and outcomes and produce support plans to guide the client back to independent living.
