Architect led design team services for Ballyhaunis Community Vision Phase 1

Tender description

Mayo Co Co now seeks to engage an architect led design team for full design services to convert a former convent school to a Community Hub and Public Plaza, to upgrade an existing riverside walk, and to examine the potential for a new pedestrian bridge and upgrade of an outdoor public swimming pool, in Ballyhaunis, CO. Mayo. More specifically, the design team will provide the following: • Full design services (stages 1-5) for the conversion and extension of the former convent school building to the proposed new Community Hub, new Public Plaza, and Riverside Walk Upgrade. • Feasibility report on the potential location, structure, and cost of proposed pedestrian bridge. • Feasibility report on potential for provision of new cover and heating facilities to the public outdoor swimming pool, including mechanical, electrical, structural, and cost implications. The Design Team to be appointed on the project must at a minimum include for the following disciplines: • Architect • Structural & Civil Engineer • M&E Services Engineer • Quantity Surveyor • Assigned Certifier • PSDP
