Tender description

Chwarae Teg are looking to procure 24 Month Mobile Phone Services & Support Contract with an option to extend by a further 12 months. Bidders are requested to understand the specification document and ensure the specified requirements can be achieved. Your understanding of our requirements shall be reflected in your Pricing Schedule (Appendix 2). The basis of the contract will include: • 24 Month Contract • Unlimited Voice and Text Service • 150Gb Data Shared Pool • Handset provision and delivery to end user address • 4G Coverage and ability to make calls through Wi-Fi • UK Based Support Desk • Provide clear charging structure & online billing portal • End of life management.
