THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. Please see the below information relating to an early engagement opportunity for the WMCA SWAP Consortium. This procurement activity is being conducted by the Schools Buying Club on behalf of WMCA. For more information, please see the below guidance and the links included within the NOTES section of this message: The purpose of this PIN is to undertake a pre-procurement market testing exercise to enable the WMCA to develop further capacity in Sector Based Work Academy Programme provision (SWAP) funded through its Adult Education Budget (AEB). It is seeking provider input ahead of a formal market engagement event and forms part of a wider consultation process to support the WMCA in formulating the specification for the tender process that will follow. This market testing exercise is comprised of two parts: 1) Virtual Market Engagement Day - hosted on 25 February 2021. Please RSVP by no later than COP, Thursday 18 February 2021 using the InTend correspondence function. As part of your RSVP, please provide the information requested in the “General Information” tables within the PIN documentation. This will assist AEB in scheduling the market engagement day. 2) Written questionnaire, which is provided as part of the PIN documentation. Responses are not evaluated and are being requested for early engagement and information purposes only. Interested potential providers are requested to return the written questionnaire by the 7th of March 2021.
