<p>Partnership Commissioning is looking for an organisation to review on a Kent and Medway footprint, what it would mean to families to have a 18-25-year-old offer, including best practice and CCG offers nationally and how these are being measured and gather the insight and experiences of Medway&rsquo;s Young People and their families during key transition periods between Mental Health Services, including Neurodevelopmental Disorders, to inform future commissioning arrangements.
