Tender description

Tipperary County Council invites submissions for the Refurbishment and extension to existing Traveller accommodation at No. 4, Waller`s Lot, Cashel. The current accommodation consists of a living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It is planned to construct an extension consisting of 4 bedrooms and a wet room. The family will be living on the same site in a caravan but will have no access to the house.
