Supply of traffic signs

Tender description

Highway/parking sign manufacture is a technical and specialist function. A Supplier is sought for manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of new highway/parking and general information signs. This will be a one-off procurement to implement changes to parking fees and charges for implementation on 1 April 2021. Further information is set out in the Invitation to Tender and Brief for Supply of Traffic Signs. Additional information: All sign removal and installation are to be done in 3 days window from 29 - 31 March 2021, unless otherwise instructed. The installed signs will have to be covered as the tariff are not effective until 1 April 2021 and then uncovered to be ready on 1st April 2021. However, preparatory ground works required at 5 new sites can be done ahead of these dates. Bidders should note that all clarification questions must be made in writing (including email). The Council at their discretion reserves the right to circulate any response to all providers. All clarification questions must be clearly marked CLARIFICATION with the question and Provider details clearly set out.
