Tender description

The Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) has put in place an 18-month strategic plan as a road map for the organisation. DCCI is beginning the process of developing a new five-year strategy (for the period 2021 – 2026). The development phase will take place throughout 2021 and the Council requires a professional entity to assist with the strategy development, co-ordination and support with a long-term approach and meaningful ambition for growth. The purpose of this document is to shape the long-term direction and priorities of DCCI over the next five years, whilst also delivering a three-year corporate plan from January 2022. The 5-year plan should seek to strengthen the organisation by providing a platform for growth. We need to be ambitious and add more value to the Craft and Design sector. DCCI can then focus on the most important priorities and opportunities and plan for funding and the support necessary to respond to future demands.
