Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are commissioning a Bi-borough Sexual Health Promotion, Prevention and Support Service. Our ambition is to increase uptake and encourage early access to services for those residents affected by stigma or discrimination experienced by: • LGBTI people • disabled people • those with an HIV diagnosis • people with communication support needs
