As a Senior Policy Advisor, you will exercise sound judgment and interpretative ability, often dealing with diverse problems. You will frequently interact with businesses or other Departments at a senior level, requiring a high degree of confidence and interpersonal skills. You will cultivate your own networks across government or industry and contribute significantly to high level decision making for business planning or policy implementation. You should be enthusiastic about the work you do and encourage other team members to do the same. You'll apply innovative thoughts when developing strategies or advising on policy formation which requires the ability to interact with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels, where a strong set of interpersonal skills is essential.
