The estimated commencement dates for both the Landscape and Building Contracts will now be September 2021 (previously August 2021 for the Landscape Contract and September 2023 for the Building Contract). If you have already submitted an EOI for this opportunity please confirm that you will stand by your submission, and confirm that you are aware of the change of dates, or if you prefer to submit a new EOI now that both Lots are now concurrent. Contract No.2418 Ashford Borough Council are seeking a Main Contractor for the restoration of Victoria Park and Watercress Fields, Ashford. Works involve restoring the landscape and key surviving features. The construction of two new playgrounds along with other landscape features, extending and refurbishing the park building to create a visitor hub and nursery and landscape maintenance.
