Overview As part of the Transport for Wales’ (TfW) Core Valley Lines (CVL) Project, Balfour Beatty Rail Ltd has been asked to submit rates for PWay Technical Engineering / Management services. Balfour Beatty Rail Ltd is seeking to engage the market for proposals which shall include rates for the following roles. > Assistant P-Way Engineer > P-Way Engineer > Senior P-Way Engineer > Contractors Responsible Engineer > Contractors Responsible Manager > Delivery Manager > Project Manager All costs should be inclusive of Travel, Training, Parking, PPE etc, BBR will provide site safety and welfare, BBR will produce all the relevant T&C documentation which each contractor would be expected to complete in order to achieve the tests listed in the tender. Programme Subcontract Start Date: 3rd May 2021 Subcontract Completion Date: TBC Tender Documents Suppliers requested to express an interest and shall be subject to meeting Balfour Beatty Rail’s pre-qualification criteria for this package of works. Documents shall be issued to those who qualify via Balfour Beatty’s Jaggaer portal. Access shall be supplied to those who qualify. Responses, including any tender queries, shall be via the Jaggaer portal only.
