Provision of Instrumented Runway Visual Range (IRVR) Capability at Inverness and Kirkwall Airports

Provision of an IRVR Capability initially at Inverness and Kirkwall Airports, plus potentially also at Stornoway, Dundee and Sumburgh Airports, as instructed by HIAL. Provision of a replacement IRVR Capability, on a ‘turnkey’ basis including decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing equipment at Inverness Airport and Kirkwall Airport. The total scope of the contract includes the design, manufacture/supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a CAA approved IRVR capability at each airport. This is to include all associated civil works, infrastructure and facilities, decommissioning and removal of existing assets, and end to end contractor and project management by the supplier. The supplier shall also provide a three (3) year warranty against fault, failure, error and completeness, including installation work defects.
