<p>This project derives from the approval of the Reserved Matters planning application for the Land West of Woodhouse Lane (Ref: RM/20/89363) and comprises of the construction of three new natural turf winter sports pitches, associated pathways and landscaping. This ITT has been prepared by Eastleigh Borough Council for the purposes of inviting contractors with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the construction of Land West of Woodhouse Lane Community Pitches Project as described in the specification documentation attached to this ITT. Tenderers are encouraged to review the supporting information provided before submitting a tender, to fully acquaint themselves with the full extent of the nature and extent of the works required.
