The Objectives for Phase 1 are: -to deliver a specification for the generation elements of the scheme and generate an invitation to tender for this work - to identify potential electricity supply licencees and work with CDT to recruit the preferred partner to the team - to engage legal support and liaise with SPEN and the chosen Licensee to define the legal structure and draft contracts for the Club - to define the commercial terms of the Club based on a detailed business plan for the Club including a robust financial model. Release of ITT documentation onto PCS 15th February 2021 Closing date for responses Noon – Friday 5th March 2021 Selection of preferred supplier by online interviews Mon 8th to Thursday 11th March 2021 CARES Application submitted Tuesday 16th March 2021.
