Tender description
In 2020 we worked with Collective Arts organisations to develop a Covid campaign aimed at people aged 14 - 25. The campaign has been running on social media for several months with good levels of engagement. We now wish to expand the campaign message further to include a mental health message based on recent insight research with young people. The exemption request is to commission the local designer for the refresh. Agreement has been sought from LCC Communications team have approved this work going back to the original external designer.
