Tender description

Decriminalisation is an explicit aim throughout the Ministerial Advisory Task & Finish Group’s work. There is agreement that development of guidance to; inform stakeholders within the social care sector; reduce unnecessary criminalisation / police contact with children and young people looked after, and; divert children and young people from offending behaviour, is needed. A particular focus on decriminalisation of children and young people at risk of, or subject to criminal exploitation, is needed.
