Production of Strategic Utility Diversions delivery and engagement plan. 2.2 Scope a) Engagement Schedule with key utility companies. b) Utilities Action Trackers resultant from these engagements. c) Utilities Team co-ordination plan. d) Project controls strategy e) Performance indicators/KPIs & dashboard. f) Produce evaluated efficiency opportunities, graded and prioritised. g) Utilities efficiency project plan, outlining resource and implementation requirements. h) Evaluation Report on the opportunity to deliver National Utility Agreements. i) Business Case and obtain authority to commence the delivery of National Agreements with a prioritised list of Utility companies. j) Position report on other agreements being established for Utility engagements within the business, identifying owners, opportunities and resource requirements.
