Tender description

Connswater Homes wish to appoint an Architect Led Design Team for delivery of 22 no. units comprising of 10 no. 3P2B apartments, 9 no. 2P1B apartments and 3 no. 2P1B generic wheelchair apartments, minimum 22 no. car parking spaces and ground level amenity space. Connswater Homes has a preference for own door access to apartments, where this can be achieved, in order to minimise communal hallways. It is only necessary to comply with the ‘Essential Standards’ detailed in Annex A. (It is preferable the generic wheelchair standard units are located at ground floor level). The buildings will be constructed to Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design standards and current Building Regulations.
