Tipperary Race Company Plc is seeking to establish a single party framework agreement for Engineer-Led Integrated Design Team Services to progress a project to deliver an All Weather Track at Tipperary Racecourse. The successful integrated design team or single point design team (SPDT) will be composed of a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Engineer (Civil) – Led Design Team to provide relevant consultancy services in respect of the Project. These services shall include civil/structural/geotechnical engineering, planning, ecology, archaeology, mechanical/electrical engineering, lighting specialist, quantity surveying (cost consultant), all weather track surface specialist, energy-efficiency renewable specialist, Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and all other services required for the satisfactory delivery of the project.
