(Belfast Region) The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Economic Operator(s) for Multi Element Improvement Works, Belfast Region to 15 No dwellings + External Cyclical Maintenance works to 2 No. Dwellings (17 No. in total) . For full details Economic Operators must review all the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the Contract Data document and Appendices 01-10. Notwithstanding the date of the Contract(s), it is intended that the commencement date of Works by the Contractor(s) will be Summer/Autumn 2021; however this is subject to change in the Contracting Authority’s absolute discretion
