<p>Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council have committed to implementing a Zero Emission Zone (ZEZ) in the centre of Oxford. The scheme is based on the same charging principles as the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) and the national Clean Air Zone (CAZ) concept.
