Tender description

<p>Wolverhampton Homes requires a Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Service with access for all employees including those staff who have a disability. The service will provide initial help and advice to employees who have been referred and to advise Wolverhampton Homes where required any reasonable adjustments or other action as a result of the counselling. The service must be able to offer counselling that covers health issues that arise as a result of but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Bereavement</li> <li>Depression/anxiety</li> <li>LGBT/Gender issues/discrimination&nbsp;</li> <li>Personal family trauma</li> <li>Work related issues</li> </ul> Keywords: Counselling, Employee Assistance, Workplace Counselling
