Tender description

Refurbishment, roof repair & disabled access to existing house. House is currently in poor condition. Roof is sagging over garage extension and will be replaced. House consists of 5 bedrooms. The last bedroom will be converted to bedroom and wetroom. House will be fully level access. Kitchen will be wheelchair friendly. The majority of family will not be in wheelchair so the main house will have electrics at standard level. The bedroom however will have switches and plugs at wheelchair user level. All access to house from outside will be by means of ramp. Boundary walls to be constructed were missing. Ber upgrades to be carried out to property.
