The provision of consultancy services - Architect/engineering led design team including lead architect/engineer, architect (if not lead), civil and structural engineer (if not lead), Services (mechanical and electrical) engineer, fire engineer, quantity surveyor, project supervisor design process (PSDP), design and assigned certifier, employers representative.
