The design and provision of a sensory space for IFI for use it its education and outreach initatives

Tender description

IFI wishes to make angling more accessible for all and ensure that it promotes inclusivity in its engagement activities. It currently attends a number of national events and local events depending on resources and the sensory space would allow those with additional needs to take part. This contract requires a competent provider to design, produce and deliver a sensory space. Additionally the following are also required, • Provide ideas and concepts in relation to building a sensory space for persons of additional needs including those with a disability. • Be soft and tactile where possible. • Contain optional lighting suitable for sensory needs. • Display interactive ideas (electronic and/or otherwise) to encourage awareness of fisheries and their environment. • Provide dimensions and options for smaller spaces if necessary. • Have the ability to customise, update and change message or interactivity based on audience. • Advise on suitable methods of transport if relevant. • Be easy to assemble, disassemble and store. • Ensure the best standards for accessibility • Adhere to IFI corporate branding guidelines. • Provide details of guarantee and costings for annual maintenance.
