<p>Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is in the process of adopting an Infrastructure Recovery Strategy which aims to recover funds from third parties benefitting from publicly funded infrastructure such as the M5 Junction 10 Improvement Scheme. We seek to establish whether there are providers capable of offering the services in the attached brief (such as negotiations with developers, pre-application discussions and financial viability assessments) and whether there are any specifications missing from our brief.</p> <p>Please can you submit any responses to ltp@gloucestershire.gov.uk</p> Keywords: 10, infrastructure, third party, Recovery strategy, Junction
