Sandwell MBC is looking for an auditor to complete Gas Quality audits to supplement the in-house quality assurance team. The post service audits will be required to be done as post inspections within 4 weeks of the annual inspection being completed and will involve a full strip down of the serviceable appliances (SMBC service tenants appliances connected to a flue) and a visual inspection of flueless appliances owned by the tenant. On top of the annual inspections and as part of our on-going maintenance we carry out a significant number of boiler replacements per year. The estimated contract value is £50,000 and the contract period will be for 2 years starting 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2023.
