GRAD requires expert and strategic consultancy support primarily for the Resilient stage of the PNT development cycle (RPNT) and the RPNT solution activities that provide strategic support to RPNT. The requirement is to inform and influence PNT policy and decision makers in the UK and Ireland, and internationally, and specifically the UK PNT strategy group and future phases of the MarRINav project.
