Nicotene Replacement therapy medications provision for SCC smoking cessation service

Tender description

This is a existing rolling contract to supply the public health smoking cessation service, part of Somerset County Council Public Health team with the medications needed for nicotene replacement therapy. Our previous provider has a national shortage during covid and increased their prices and could no longer supply us, so we now have a rolling contract with SIGMA based on who can supply the medications as an interim as needed before we go back out to quote for a permanent contract. Providing medications is a compulsory part of our smoking cessation service and medications are ordered as required to prevent wastage.
