Tender description

Clare County Council is seeking a contractor to carry out a ground investigation contract for the N19 Shannon Airport Access Road Improvement Scheme. The purpose of the ground investigation is to determine the ground and groundwater conditions. The investigation works will involve the drilling of cable percussion and rotary core boreholes, excavation of trial pits, dynamic probes, excavation of slit trenches, installation of groundwater monitoring wells and in-situ testing, associated temporary traffic management, laboratory testing and production of a factual Ground Investigation Report. The full scope should be ascertained by reference to all documents in the 'Scope'. The Contractor shall act as PSCS for the duration of the works.
