Tender description

This tender is for provision of ongoing licencing, support and maintenance for a Local Authority Corporate Geographic Information System (GIS) solution, comprising of on-premise browser based and desktop elements. There are two Lots/elements available for award. Herefordshire Council are looking for either a single supplier to provide both Lots/elements or award to different suppliers for each individual Lot/element (1 supplier per Lot/element). The 2 Lots available for reward are as follows: • Lot 1 - Software support and maintenance - MapInfo Professional English SCP (174 licenses) • Lot 2 - Software licence, support and maintenance - Spectrum Spatial (including Location Intelligence Module and Spectrum Spatial Analyst) - 8 core licence.
