Tender description

GBC seek to appoint a single legal services provider (via the Light Touch regime) with proven local government experience delivering large scale grant-funded regeneration projects in the following disciplines: planning and environmental law, property law, procurement, contracts and state aid and local government law. This procurement is a 2-stage competition run under the light touch regime via restricted procedure. GBC is seeking a single multi-disciplinary legal services provider who is able to provide all required services. At the first stage of the competition (10 days duration) a maximum of 5 competitors will be shortlisted on the basis of the selection criteria set out in the selection questionnaire. At stage two (10 days duration), providers will be asked to complete a technical evaluation based on the information set out in the competition conditions and its appendices. The subject of this procurement process is multi-disciplinary legal services for a local government organisation delivering an economic regeneration programme.
