Tender description

IP Telephony Supply and Support IPT Tender Scope – the selected supplier will be responsible for: - Management and support, to an agreed SLA, of the Council's Avaya IPT solution/estate - including Aura Communications Manager and Aura Contact Centre; - Support, to an agreed SLA, of the Council's call recording solution; - Support, to an agreed SLA, of the Council's Softex call logging solution; - Supply of any further Avaya IPT equipment, as required, during the contract term; - Installation of any IPT hardware (excluding handsets) or licensing upgrades as required, during the contract term; - Supply and installation of software and security patches for all equipment.
