Tender description

The Comhairle, in partnership with Iolaire Centre Ltd, invite tenders for a Pre-design Stage (subset of work covered by RIBA Stages 0&1) team for services including site appraisals and surveys, sustainability strategy and pre-construction planning for the Iolaire Visitor Centre, a major new visitor attraction in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis. The contract will be between the Comhairle and the contractor.
