Tender description
<p>Mr x is an 88 year old gentleman who has no cognitive related issues, however due to ongoing mobility related issues he requires the support of 2 staff 4 x daily to support with personal hygiene, transfers and continence care. He lives with his wife who continues to support with meals, domestic and medications. However due to the above is unable to provide the required support with personal hygiene etc. he has received a period of IC in a residential setting to enable his mobility and transfers to improve, however due to the ongoing pain in his knee he requires the above assistance as well as the use of a standaid for safety. He has downstairs living arranged at home which includes a profiling bed and both the standaid and wheeled commode are to be provided for his return home. He has a medical history of the following: lymphoma, undergoing palliative chemotherapy, rectal cancer caps and sepsis in the past, previous colon cancer, Atrial fibrillation, MI.
