IDA Boundary Fencing Upgrade Works Athlone Business & Technology Park

Tender description

The proposed works consist of the installation of boundary fencing and upgrade works to the IDA Athlone Business & Technology Park at Lissywollen House, Lissywollen, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, N37 CR24. The park is currently a greenfield site and is vacant with the site currently free of any developments other than small scale steel frame sheds and a dilapidated house. The works will involve the following: - Installation of c.1,075 metres of new 2.6 metre high palisade fencing (green in colour) to secure the site's perimeter. - Demolition and replacement of existing gated entrance on the Ballymahon Road. A detailed description of the works is outlined in Section 1.3 of the document 10927-Volume A1-Description of Works.
