Tender description

<p>Contract No. HDF/20/1 The Council is creating a framework of interested parties who are eager to work with it to provide affordable housing within the Borough of Ashford, Kent. The council is looking to develop an innovative framework of interested Registered Providers (RPs), Developers, providers of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and providers of financially backed development options who would consider working with the authority. This would be for the purpose of delivering sites in partnership to meet ambitious housing targets on sites that it may not ordinarily be able to deliver on its own; sites that others may be interested in sharing benefits and risk on. In the continuation of, and hopefully, aftermath of, the global pandemic, the Council is keen to identify as many ways as possible to deliver quality housing and temporary accommodation and contribute to local and national housing targets.
