<p>This soft market testing questionnaire has been produced by Manchester City Council&rsquo;s Highways service and is intended to gage thoughts and feedback from the industry in relation to the procurement of the TC886 Highways Infrastructure Framework. The TC886 Highways Infrastructure Framework expires in October 2021 and work is currently underway to provide a robust framework that is fit for purpose moving forward. The Highways service would like to thank suppliers for their patience and understanding during this difficult time. The implications of Covid-19 has been a huge strain and not what we had anticipated. To date the Highways service have held an internal lessons learnt workshop, a supplier day and engaged with SMEs in the form of soft market testing via the Chest. Highways would like to engage with the market further to gather a range of qualitative data and information. The information collected during this exercise will not be used for any other purpose.
