<p>We are seeking to carry out a review of the work of the &lsquo;Contracts&rsquo; team to: &bull; To consider the value for money aspects of an in-house team carrying out works compared to external contractors for the works undertaken from a financial and customer focus point of view. &bull; To understand what works well currently and areas for improvement and opportunity. &bull; To learn from external good practice about which trades could best be focused on in-house and which ones should continue to be done externally. &bull; Develop some indicators for reporting on performance. &bull; High level findings on opportunities for future income generation. &bull; Best practice in the process around internal commissioning and reporting on investment works via an in house team</p> Keywords: Review, Contracts Team
