<p>Futures Housing Group (FHG) have recently acquired a new office location based at East Midlands Airport. Whilst it undergoes a full facelift, we&rsquo;re looking to partner with a supplier who will accommodate our furniture requirements. Our design plans focus on a modern, industrial look with exposed finishes combined with a more natural and relaxing feel. We&rsquo;ve already created a number of smaller workspaces, furnished in a way that adapts and supports our ways of working. Our new workspace will build on these to create an attractive, vibrant and welcoming environment for our team members to work in. We would expect our supplier to be able to meet the following criteria; &bull; Provision of ergonomic and fit for purpose furniture suitable for wear and tear in an office environment with guarantees in place. &bull; Furniture supplied predominantly from UK manufacturers and from sustainable sources where possible. &bull; Ability to procure and install to timescales in line with delivery of our new workspace, currently scheduled for handover 10th September 2021. &bull; Representative of our Futures brand. &bull; Technology is out of scope of this tender however we need the furniture to work with access to technology for example, hidden cabling.</p> Keywords: office furniture
