The development will consist of Extension at first floor above 2 no. existing classrooms which will include 1 no. mainstream classroom with en-suite toilet facilities, 2 no. set rooms, 1 no. assisted user’s toilet, store room and connecting corridor between the existing building and the new extension, and all associated site works. The development also includes the making good of the existing roof around the new extension, connection to existing services together with modifications to existing elevations and internal plan layout.
