Bus Eireann are establishing a Single Party Framework for the Provision of Employee Surveys The survey will primarily assess the health of the organisation and identify the opportunity areas to improve and enable further cultural transformation and improvement in employee engagement. The survey will provide a formal opportunity for employees to be heard, to provide input into the ongoing changes and while the survey needs to be based on today’s environment, it is also important to provide an opportunity to acknowledge the journey undertaken so far.
